Nick Spencer

Nick Spencer has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Nick began their career in the United States Army Reserve, serving as an SSG for the 308th PSYOP CO from 1996 to 2004. Nick then joined the Blue Springs Police Department as a Police Officer from 2005 to 2012. In 2014, they established their own business, Keep Them S.A.F.E. LLC, where they served as the Owner, focusing on educating and empowering children to survive abductions. In 2015, they joined New Life Church as the Director of Security, responsible for implementing security standards and overseeing security activities. Since 2016, they have been working at Strategos International, starting as a Project Manager and Lead Instructor, then progressing to the Director of Project Management, Vice President of Operations, and currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer.

Nick Spencer attended the Kansas City Regional Police Academy from 2005 to 2006, where they studied Criminal Justice/Police Science. Prior to that, they pursued their education at the University of Central Missouri from 1998 to 2002, majoring in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.
