Robert L. Bassford

Robert L. Bassford has held several positions in the field of Talent and Organizational Development since 2000. From 2000 to 2001, they were the Director of Talent and Organizational Development for the City of Wichita Kansas. During this same time period, they were also an Adjunct Professor at Wichita State University, Friends University, and Newman University. From 2001 to 2006, they were the Director of Training and Organizational Development for Cox Enterprises. From 2006 to 2008, they were the National Director of Training & Organizational Development for MarineMax. From 2008 to 2009, they were the Director of Talent Development for WellCare Health Plans. From 2009 to 2011, they were the Lead Organizational Development Turn-Around Project for H.I.G. Capital/PMSI. From 2011 to 2014, they were the Owner of CCLIMBB, Inc. From 2014 to 2016, they were the COO of New Life Solutions, Inc.

Robert L. Bassford has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Wichita State University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Wichita State University. Robert L. also holds certifications from Birkman International, DDI, Facilitative Leadership (Interactive Associates), HRMS (PeopleSoft), PI (Predictive Index), and Targeted Selection.
