Paula Plaza García

Paula Plaza García is a professional with extensive experience in gender studies, social media management, and public administration. Currently part of the Grupo de investigación Empleo, Genero y Cohesión social (EGECO) at Universidad Complutense de Madrid and serving as Social Media Manager for the European Climate Pact Ambassadors with the European Commission, Paula coordinates social media strategies and engages youth in climate initiatives. Additionally, Paula has a longstanding role as a hospitality staff member at Real Madrid C.F. and New Line Events since 2017. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Advanced Studies in Employment from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a degree in Political Science and Public Management from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, along with participation in various workshops and courses focusing on equality and public policy.
