Shaun Gardner is an experienced business analyst with a diverse background in financial services and data analysis. Currently serving as a Business Analyst at New Link Consulting since September 2022, Shaun has previously held significant roles at Deutsche Bank, where responsibilities included managing global capacity models for KYC compliance and supporting various regulatory programs. Shaun's career spans multiple institutions, including Swiss Re, Standard Bank, BNY Mellon, Markel International, AIG European Finance, and Seagram, where expertise in data management, reporting, and system development has been demonstrated across numerous projects. Shaun holds a BComm degree in Accounting and Business Management from the University of South Africa.
