Amelia La Plante Horne is an experienced professional currently serving as a Sous Chef and Production Cook at Gana-A'Yoo, Limited, where meal service is provided for 500-800 individuals at McMurdo Station, adhering to food safety standards. With a background in social services, Amelia has worked as a Socialization and Sexuality Education Provider for the New Mexico Department of Health and completed a clinical internship in the Behavioral Health Department at El Centro Family Health.
