The Business Operations team at the New Mexico Department of Health streamlines administrative processes and enhances operational efficiency to support health initiatives. Led by the Lead Business Analyst and guided by the Project Manager, the team oversees project implementation and resource allocation, while the Bureau Operations Administrator and Section Manager ensure seamless collaboration across departments to improve health equity and outcomes for all New Mexicans.
