John Padilla

John Padilla currently serves as the Executive Director at the New Mexico Department of Information Technology since March 2025. Prior to this role, John held the position of Director of Sales at Advanced Network Management from June 2019 to February 2025 and worked as a Client Relationship Executive at Deloitte from January 2017 to June 2019. John previously served as the Deputy State Chief Information Officer at the New Mexico Department of Information Technology and as Deputy Director at the New Mexico Department of Information Technology from June 2007 to December 2015. Earlier in John’s career, significant roles included Project Management Bureau Chief at the New Mexico Human Services Department and Management and IT Consultant at Accenture. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from New Mexico State University.
