Michael Bowers

Michael Bowers, MPA, CIW, is a Collaboration Coordinator at the New Mexico Environment Department since June 2021. With previous experience as a Policy Analyst at the New Mexico Department of Health and Editor at the New Mexico Legislative Education Study Committee, Michael has a background in developing communication programs for legislative members. Michael's career also includes roles as a Public Relations Specialist, Communication and Administration, and Community Organizer. Bowers has a diverse educational background, holding degrees in Behavioral Science, Web design and Internet operations, and Public Management.
