Taylor Rather

Taylor Rather currently serves as the Student Success Center Coordinator at New Mexico Junior College since December 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Clinical Lab Scientist at NOR-LEA Hospital District and a Secondary Science Teacher at Hobbs Municipal Schools from July 2020 to February 2023. Taylor also held the position of Environmental Coordinator while seeking new opportunities from April 2020 to February 2023 and previously worked in sales at American Safety Services, Inc. Taylor holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology and a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of the Southwest.
