Kelly Seyal

Kelly Seyal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in military and defense operations. Seyal retired in September 2021 after a distinguished career, which includes serving as Deputy Chief of Staff for Installations and Environment with the New Mexico National Guard since July 2018 and as Deputy CFMO. Prior roles also include Branch Chief of the Protection Branch for the Army National Guard from July 2011 to September 2017, and Director of the Mission Assurance Division at Resource Management Concepts, Inc. from February 1999 to July 2011. Earlier experience includes serving as an Antiterrorism Officer for the Army National Guard and as Chief Petty Officer in the United States Navy from September 1983 to January 1999. Seyal's educational background includes attendance at Lake Arthur High School and Charlo High School.
