David Barsanti

David Barsanti has an extensive background in information technology and geospatial analysis, currently serving as an IT Applications Developer II at the New Mexico State Land Office since September 2018. David's experience at the City of Santa Fe includes roles as a Software Application Specialist and GIS Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed application system analysis, geospatial technology management, and support for water resource management initiatives. Prior positions include serving as a GIS & Cultural Resource Specialist at the Archaeological Records Management Section, and various archaeological roles at Los Alamos National Laboratory and Rio Grande Consultants, Inc., where skills in ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and data analysis were developed. David earned a degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Keene State College between 1988 and 1991.
