Danny Trujillo

Danny Trujillo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in journalism and communications. Currently serving as a College Instructor in the Journalism and Mass Communications Department at New Mexico State University since August 2016, Danny teaches the course J-494 Digital Media (Social Media). In addition to this role, Danny has been the Public Information Officer for the City of Las Cruces since February 2007. Previously, Danny held positions at New Mexico State University from July 1995 to April 2002, including Assistant Athletics Director - Broadcast Properties and contributions to University Communications. Danny holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from New Mexico State University, earned between 1987 and 1992.
