Lauren Mounts

Lauren Mounts is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in fundraising, business development, and investment analysis. Currently serving as an Associate at New Mountain Capital since September 2021, Lauren previously held roles at J.P. Morgan, including Investment Specialist - Associate and Investment Specialist - Analyst, as well as a Private Bank Analyst. Early career experiences include a research assistant role at the Kravis Leadership Institute, where Lauren contributed to program evaluation and conference assistance, and a summer analyst position at J.P. Morgan. Additionally, Lauren interned at Winrock International, conducting market research and supporting proposal development.
