Mamdooh A. Alerawi

Mamdooh A. Alerawi, Assoc CIPD, currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Associate Director at New Murabba since July 2024. Previously, Mamdooh held various leadership roles at the Communications, Space & Technology Commission (CST) from June 2021 to June 2024, including Talent Acquisition Senior Team Leader and Team Leader. A secondment to the Saudi Space Agency as a Talent Acquisition Senior Expert occurred from January 2023 to June 2024, focusing on executive hiring processes. From January 2014 to June 2021, Mamdooh worked at SABIC, initially as a Recruitment Specialist and progressing to Sr. Recruiter for global talent acquisition, managing key recruitment processes across various sectors. Mamdooh started the career at Yanbu Aramco Sinopec Refining Company (YASREF) as a CO-OP student in 2013. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources Management from Avado.
