William Allen

William Allen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. William started their career at St. Vincent Family Center in 2007 as an Adaptive Behavioral Specialist, where they worked until 2011. William then moved on to become an Adaptive Behavioral Analysis Therapist at In House ABA Therapist Employment from 2008 to 2011. In 2012, they joined Richmond Services Ltd. as an Employment Consultant and later transitioned to the role of Earthquake Support Coordinator from 2013 to 2014.

In 2016, William joined New Narrative as a Housing Operations Coordinator, and was promoted to Housing and Operations Director in 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Operations since February 2021. In this role, William is responsible for driving the growth and operational success of New Narrative's business initiatives, collaborating with healthcare partners on strategic and operational issues, and providing oversight and guidance to departmental operations. William also plays a key role in developing and expanding housing sites and ensuring the execution of operational supports.
