Michael Chai

Michael Chai is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate development, IT management, and strategic planning. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President and Head of Corporate Development and Strategic Planning at New Oriental Education & Technology Group since December 2014, Michael has previously held positions such as Assistant to the Chairman and Director of Customer Service. Prior to this role, Michael was the IT Director at Hopson Development Holdings Limited and the Head of IT Shared Service & Business Partner of Marcom at Capitamalls Asia, overseeing operations for multiple regions. Earlier career highlights include managing CRM projects at Novartis and serving as IT Service Manager at Bayer HealthCare. Michael holds an Executive MBA from China Europe International Business School and has completed certifications in SAP and Project Management.
