New Orleans BioInnovation Center
JI(QI) possesses extensive experience in finance, currently serving as a Level One Manager at The Export-Import Bank of China since May 2018. As a Stock Analyst for the Darwin Fenner Fund, JI reviews modern finance literature, analyzes mid-cap stocks in the info-tech sector, and develops proprietary stock sorting models for investment recommendations. Additionally, JI has engaged in biotech industry research as a Biofund Intern at the New Orleans BioInnovation Center since September 2016. Previous experience includes supporting the Morgan Stanley Second Annual China Summit and founding Beijing Kickfor Science and Technology Co., Ltd., where JI developed the business plan and product prototype, successfully launching the Kickfor app. JI holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Tulane University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Capital University of Economics and Business, complemented by exchange studies in Finance and Economics.

The New Orleans BioInnovation Center is a private, not-for-profit business incubator, supporting entrepreneurship and dedicated to the development of bioscience innovation throughout Louisiana. The Center works directly with entrepreneurs and researchers to commercialize new technologies spinning out of Louisiana universities and healthcare institutions, as well as those developed by independent innovators, to start and scale new globally competitive life science companies.
