Kevin Usi Lacap is an experienced Executive Chef currently working at Sodexo. Kevin also serves as a Chef Instructor at New Orleans Culinary & Hospitality Institute and is the Chef & Founder of Tailored Culinary Concepts, LLC. Kevin holds an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Studies from City College of San Francisco, a Jewelry Arts Diploma from Revere Academy of Jewelry Arts, and completed an ACFEF Apprenticeship in Culinary Arts/Chef Training at Detroit Institute of Gastronomy.
