New Orleans'​ unrivaled culinary industry finally has a school to match. Led by some of the biggest names in the New Orleans culinary industry, NOCHI offers the chance to complete a high-quality Culinary Arts or Baking & Pastry Arts certificate program in 100 days. Unlike with two-year programs, you'll achieve the necessary skills to join the ranks of industry on a 26-subject, twenty-week program. Our intensive curriculum was designed in partnership with CIA Consulting of the Culinary Institute of America. 

Our 90,000 square-foot facility offers students a wealth of resources, equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. Spaces include:

The Education and Community Relations team at the New Orleans Culinary & Hospitality Institute is responsible for developing and maintaining educational programs while fostering strong connections with the local community. They facilitate student admissions, deliver instruction in culinary arts, and manage events that drive social impact. This team also collaborates with community stakeholders to create opportunities for student engagement and ensure the institute’s curriculum remains relevant to the industry’s needs.
