Diego Llaneza currently serves as the Innovation Manager at the New Orleans Ernest N. Previously, Llaneza was an Advisory Board Member at The Idea Village, providing strategic guidance on product development and growth strategies. Llaneza has held various leadership roles, including Director of Strategic Innovation at NRG Energy and Strategic Design Lead at Entergy, leading initiatives in strategic planning, user insights, and customer-centric innovation. With a background as a founder of a market research firm and experience in academia, Llaneza possesses extensive expertise in consumer insights, market research, and product development. Llaneza holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Innovation & Design Thinking from MIT and a BS in Marketing.
