Director Of Corporate Partnerships Sales at New Orleans Pelicans

Jonathan Pizzo has extensive work experience in corporate partnerships sales and marketing. Jonathan started their career at the New Orleans Pelicans in 2011 as a Promotions and Events Associate and later worked as a Game Night Entertainment Staff. Jonathan then joined Gambit Weekly as a Marketing Intern, where they played a role in setting up and executing the company's presence on Foursquare and developing a marketing plan for the "Forkfly" deal application. Jonathan also worked as a Marketing Intern at Qdoba Mexican Grill and Qdoba Restaurant Corporation, where they oversaw a team of street team members and implemented grassroots marketing strategies. In 2014, they returned to the New Orleans Pelicans and held various roles, including Community Affairs Coordinator, Partnership Marketing Coordinator, Account Executive, and Senior Account Executive. Jonathan then joined the New Orleans Saints in 2016, working as a Partnership Marketing Coordinator, Account Executive, and Senior Account Executive. In 2022, they were promoted to Senior Manager Corporate Partnerships Sales at both the Pelicans and the Saints. In 2023, they became the Director of Corporate Partnerships Sales at the New Orleans Pelicans and the Birmingham Squadron. Jonathan Pizzo attended Louisiana State University from 2007 to 2011 and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing. Jonathan was enrolled in the E.J. Ourso College of Business at Louisiana State University during this time.
