Marc Chasanoff

Marc Chasanoff has extensive work experience in the basketball industry. Marc started their career as a General Assistant at El Conquistador Racquet Club, where they managed sales functions and organized tennis events. Marc then joined the Women's National Independent Tournament as a Tournament Director, coordinating game day operations and securing teams for the event.

Chasanoff later became an Assistant Coach/Team Manager for the Flagler College Men's Basketball Team, where they analyzed film, developed scouting reports, and managed player workouts. Marc also worked as an intern for the Charlotte Bobcats, editing opponent scout games and preparing scouting reports for upcoming opponents.

In 2010, Chasanoff joined the New Orleans Pelicans, initially as a Basketball Operations Associate. In this role, they edited NBA opponent scout games, assisted coaches in creating edits, and labeled edited games with opponents' play calls. Marc then worked their way up to become the Coordinator of Pro Player Personnel, Director of Pro Player Personnel, and most recently, the Senior Director of Basketball Operations.

Additionally, Chasanoff is currently the General Manager of the Erie BayHawks. Overall, their work experience demonstrates their expertise in basketball operations, player personnel management, scouting, and game analysis.

Marc Chasanoff completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sport Management and Business Administration at Flagler College, where they studied from 2005 to 2009.
