Stephen Alli

Stephen Alli, PhD, serves as the Director of Player Services and Enrichment for the New Orleans Pelicans since August 2025 and is a Psychology Advisory Board Member at the University of Florida Department of Psychology. From August 2023 to September 2025, Stephen held the position of Director of Professional Development for Florida Gators Football. Previously, Stephen led operations and cognitive development for Sacramento Republic FC and was the Mental Performance and Player Development Manager for the Philadelphia 76ers. Stephen has a strong academic background with a Ph.D. in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from the University of Florida, complemented by degrees in Business Administration and Mental Health Counseling. Experience also includes roles at Clemson University, NFL Players Association, and University Athletic Association, demonstrating a commitment to student-athlete development and mental health counseling.
