Robyn Lubecki

Robyn Lubecki is a highly experienced forensic scientist currently serving as the DNA Manager at the New Orleans Police Department, where responsibilities include reestablishing the DNA Unit at the NOPD Crime Lab since Hurricane Katrina. Previously, Lubecki held the position of Crime Laboratory Analyst at the Louisiana State Police, focusing on DNA analysis in sexual assault cases and training technicians. As an Associate Scientist at InnoGenomics Technologies, Lubecki developed forensic DNA quantification and typing systems for challenging samples. Additionally, Lubecki conducted research as a Graduate Researcher at Florida International University, exploring binding mechanisms of PCR inhibitors. Lubecki holds a Master of Science in Forensic Science and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, both from Florida International University.
