Season Ticket Account Executive at New Orleans Saints

David Stern is currently a Season Ticket Account Executive at the New Orleans Saints. Prior to that, they were with the New Orleans Pelicans and before that, the Tampa Bay Rays. David has also done a Business Internship with Tampa Bay Club Sport.

David Stern is responsible for season ticket sales and flex packages sales. David submits daily, weekly and monthly sales and commission reports to upper management. David uses discretion in applying corporate give-a-ways to close deals. David uses self generated leads and cold calling to increase sales volume. David Stern also manages sales booths at corporate events while generating season ticket sales and seat assignments on customer accounts. David is responsible for payment plan coordination and submission of bank charges for customers who finance tickets. Exceptional customer service is provided to insure repeat business and customer satisfaction. No customer complaints have been recorded.

David Stern's educational career began with him earning a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of South Florida. David then went on to earn a minor in accounting from the same school.

David Stern works with Molly Threeton - Retention & Service Coordinator, Roger Perryman - Service & Retention Account Executive, and Andrew Boylan - Season Ticket Account Executive. David Stern reports to Blake Simon, Director, Ticket Service & Retention.
