Sara Hayes, MBA, MSBM, currently serves as Partnership Marketing Manager for the New Orleans Saints since February 2023, following a diverse career in sports marketing and sponsorship. Previously, Sara worked at Phillips 66 from January 2019 to February 2023 in various advisory roles focusing on corporate sponsorships and sales prospect marketing, handling contract negotiations and relationship management. Earlier experience includes a graduate assistant role at the University of Central Florida, data analysis for the NFL Occupational Mobility Report, and positions at IMG and Spurs Sports & Entertainment, where Sara managed activation plans and conducted significant research projects. Sara holds a Master's in Business Administration and a Master's of Sports Business Management from the University of Central Florida, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Sports Sponsorship & Sales from Baylor University.
