Stefan Polywka

Stefan Polywka has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the manufacturing industry. Stefan currently serves as the COO of NPS and President of NPS Mexico at New Process Steel. Prior to this, Stefan was the General Manager and Group Vice President of Operations at Parker Hannifin, where they oversaw operations, engineering, and supply chain for a $650m engine filtration business unit.

From 2009 to 2011, Stefan worked as the Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain at Thermosafe Brands, where they were responsible for global operations and supply chain management. Stefan was deeply involved in strategic direction, continuous improvement, supply chain strategy, and lean program implementation.

Before joining Thermosafe Brands, Stefan held leadership positions at Rexam Plastic Packaging. As the General Manager and Director of Operations, they led multiple plastic injection molding facilities and an injection mold making facility. Stefan was also the Director of Operational Excellence, responsible for implementing lean practices across the global business unit.

Earlier in their career, Stefan worked at RPC Containers and Alloy Castings Ltd, where they served in managerial roles.
