Jillian Ward

Jillian Ward is an accomplished journalist with extensive experience in various editorial roles, currently serving as Assistant Editor and Senior Reporter at NPM US since August 2021. Previously, Jillian was a Freelance Journalist at Ward Freelance, LLC, covering the Oregon coast and contributing to publications such as The World Newspaper and The Washington Coast Magazine. Jillian also held the position of Interim Editor/Reporter at World Newspaper, overseeing a team and managing daily content. With a background as City Editor/Reporter at Lee Enterprises and a General Assignment Reporter at Wet Mountain Tribune, Jillian has honed skills in story management, editing, and investigative journalism. Jillian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Creative Writing from the University of Colorado Denver.
