Evgenii Vasilev

Evgenii Vasilev is a Senior Data Scientist at New Relic, Inc. since September 2022, focusing on developing a Generative AI observability assistant to enhance customer problem-solving using natural language. Previously, Evgenii held senior and data scientist roles at Contorion from May 2018 to August 2022, along with a data scientist position at DSA Daten- und Systemtechnik GmbH, where responsibilities included developing a cloud-based solution for vehicle fleet management and integrating data mining solutions into an ETL framework. Additionally, Evgenii served as a teaching assistant for a Machine Learning and Data Mining course at the University of Koblenz-Landau and worked as a Junior Data Scientist at GESIS - Leibniz-Institut für Sozialwissenschaften. Prior experience also includes a business development role at QIAGEN. Evgenii holds a Master's degree in Web Science from the University of Koblenz and Landau and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Moscow State University of Printing Arts (MGUP).
