Mahi Jabeen

Mahi Jabeen is an experienced professional in technical support and engineering, currently serving as the Country Head for Global Technical Support Engineering at New Relic since November 2022. Previously, Mahi held the position of Manager for Product Specialist in Bot Management Service Delivery at Radware from July 2021 to November 2022. At PowerSchool Group LLC, Mahi progressed from Supervisor to Lead Technical Support Engineer between February 2019 and July 2021. Earlier experience includes roles at Aptean as a Senior Customer Success Engineer and Technical Support Engineer, as well as a System Analyst from June 2011 to February 2019. Mahi began a career as an Associate Developer at Niryasoft pvt ltd from May 2009 to May 2011. Mahi holds a Master of Science in Physics from Sri Krishnadevaraya University, completed in 2007, and earlier education from Sri Balaji Vidya Vihar Hindupur.
