Mari Peck

Mari Peck is a seasoned professional in technical training and organizational development with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Program Manager at New Relic, Mari is responsible for managing all technical training initiatives for the engineering organization, employing a tailored ADDIE + Agile methodology. Previous roles include Senior Manager of North America Operations Training at Lumen Technologies, where Mari led training for over 20,000 employees and facilitated smooth transitions during acquisitions. Other notable positions include reengineering the instructional design team at BNSF Railway, leading a regional HR team during a merger at Rockwell Collins, and serving as President of Performance Matters, Inc. Additionally, Mari has a strong educational foundation with a Master's degree in Organizational Development from Friends University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
