Manager, Global Technical Support at New Relic

Nathan Kermit has extensive experience in technical account management and customer support. Currently serving as Manager of Global Technical Support at New Relic, Inc. since November 2017, Nathan has also held positions such as Senior Customer Experience Manager and Key Account Manager within the same organization. Prior to this role, Nathan worked as a Technical Account Manager at AbacusNext, Security On-Demand, and Yardi, demonstrating a strong background in technology and customer relations. Nathan began their career as a Fitness Trainer at YMCA from 2007 to 2010. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UC San Diego and an Associate of Science in Automotive Engineering Technology from De Anza.
