Michael Leone Ph.D., DSW, LCSW, LCAS is a seasoned behavioral health specialist and clinical social worker with extensive experience in substance abuse and mental health services. Since October 2015, Michael has been serving as a Behavioral Health Specialist and Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician at Wake Forest Baptist Health. Additionally, since January 2012, Michael has held positions as a Clinical Social Worker, Clinical Addiction Specialist, and SBIRT Clinician with Partnership for Drug Free North Carolina at Wake Forest Baptist Health Family and Community Medicine. Michael's expertise includes conducting substance abuse and mental health screenings, comprehensive assessments, crisis intervention, and brief treatments to determine the appropriate level of care.
