Additionally, Christopher serves as an Adjunct Professor at Rutgers University and provides advisory support to New School Foods and SCiFi Foods. Christopher is also the founder of Greenstalk Food Consulting LLC. Academically, Christopher holds a PhD in Food Rheology and a BSc in Food Science, both earned at the University of Nottingham between 1992 and 2000.
