Eric Rogers

Eric Rogers is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure systems administration and technical operations. Currently serving as Senior Infrastructure Systems Administrator at Good Food Holdings, LLC since April 2021, Eric previously worked as an IT Operations Engineer at Endicia, where responsibilities included managing Windows and Linux systems, as well as web-based architectures. Eric also demonstrated exceptional customer service as a Tier 2 Tech Support representative for AT&T, achieving the highest one-call resolution rate in the call center for four consecutive months. Earlier experience includes hardware engineering and management at Tuniss Computer, specializing in computer systems, video surveillance systems, and onsite repairs. Eric holds two associate degrees in Computer Science and Computer and Information Sciences from the College of San Mateo.
