Patricia Trebe

Patricia Trebe has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and organizations. Patricia began their career in 1987 as the Publicity/Promotion Manager for Drum Corps International, where they managed budget and a team, while developing a tour schedule. Patricia later worked as a freelance writer for Copley Newspapers/Herald-News Joliet, IL, and Chicago Tribune, contributing articles on various topics. Patricia then transitioned to the role of Director of Annual Programs at Marian Catholic High School, where they provided leadership for fundraising events and programs. Patricia also served as the Alumni Programs Coordinator, enhancing alumni relations and organizing alumni events. Patricia later joined the Chicago Tribune Media Group as a Freelance Writer before taking on the role of Assistant Director of Annual Giving and Alumni Relations at Moraine Valley Community College. Patricia advanced and managed the annual fund campaign and alumni relations program while developing multiple revenue sources. Patricia also worked as a Consultant for Union League Boys & Girls Clubs, assisting with major donor identification and grant proposals. Patricia served as a Major Gifts Officer at Ingalls Memorial Hospital Foundation/University of Chicago, before returning to New Star Inc. as the Director of Development/Community Relations. Throughout their career, Patricia has showcased strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Patricia Trebe attended Purdue University from 1980 to 1984, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication/Public Relations. Patricia also attended Purdue University Northwest during the same time period, specializing in Communication.
