Colin Mercer

Colin Mercer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management, operational leadership, and business consulting. Currently, Colin serves as a Board Member and Partner at New Street Consulting Group (NSCG) since July 2020. Prior to this, Colin held significant roles at Wickland Westcott from April 1994 to July 2020, including Managing Director, where responsibilities encompassed operational and strategic management, as well as P&L oversight across divisions. Colin also served as Director of Talent, focusing on assessments and leadership development, and as a Consultant, excelling in client service and product development. Earlier experience includes a role as a Business Psychologist at BT, where Colin specialized in selection methods and organizational development. Colin holds an MSc with Distinction in Occupational Psychology from The University of Sheffield and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Brunel University London.
