Ian Martin is a seasoned telecommunications analyst with extensive experience in equity research and market analysis, specifically focused on the Australian and New Zealand telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Telecommunications Analyst at New Street Research since January 2016, Ian Martin has also provided advisory services through Ian Martin Advisory Pty Ltd since June 2015. Previous roles include positions at CIMB, nbn™ Australia, the Royal Bank of Scotland, ABN AMRO Bank N.V., and Macquarie Group, covering strategic and analytical roles that contributed to major telecommunications projects and equity sales, including advising on the IPO of Telstra. Ian Martin holds a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University, a Graduate Diploma in Economics from The Australian National University, and a High School Certificate from St John's College.
