Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding at New Teacher Center

Martine Robinson, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding at New Teacher Center since August 2022. Prior to that, they founded and served as the CEO of The Talent Strategist starting from February 2021.

Martine also worked as a Senior Client Advisor at Offor, a talent brokering company, from May 2021 to May 2022. Martine'srole involved supporting organizations and individuals in executive leadership positions, conducting executive searches, talent audits, and organizing summits.

From July 2018 to January 2021, Martine worked as the Chief Talent Officer at The Kindezi Schools, where they led the talent management strategy during a network expansion phase. Martine created and implemented innovative talent and HR systems to support recruitment, retention, performance management, and human resources administration.

Martine's earlier experience includes working as an Associate Resident at The Broad Center from July 2018 to September 2020. Martine was also the Director of Talent Acquisition at The Kindezi Schools, where they developed and implemented a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy from March 2016 to May 2018. Additionally, Martine served as an Operations Manager, managing the day-to-day operations of the school facility from May 2015 to March 2016.

Before transitioning into the talent acquisition and education sector, Martine worked as an Elementary Educator at Fulton County Schools from August 2010 to July 2012. Prior to that, they served as an Educator at Atlanta Public Schools from August 2008 to August 2009.

Martine's educational background includes being a Graduate Student at Georgia Southern University from January 2012 to December 2014.

Martine Robinson, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse education history. Martine obtained their Master of Education (MEd) from The Broad Center from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Instructional Technology from Georgia Southern University, specializing in the field of study, from 2013 to 2014. In 1999 to 2003, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching, also at Georgia Southern University.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Martine Robinson has obtained several certifications. Martine earned the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in February 2021. Furthermore, they hold certifications in Educational Leadership Tier I, Instructional Technology Specialist, and Early Childhood Education from the Georgia Professional Standards Commission. These certifications were obtained in January 2020, December 2014, and January 2014, respectively.
