Patrick Dougherty

Director, Analytics at New Teacher Center

Patrick Dougherty has extensive work experience in the field of analytics and policy analysis. Patrick began their career at the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction in 2009 as a Policy & Planning Analyst, where they worked until 2011. In 2011, they joined New Teacher Center, where they held multiple roles over the years. Patrick started as a Policy & Impact Analyst and later became a Senior Analyst. From 2016 to 2019, they served as the Associate Director of Analytics and most recently, in December 2019, was promoted to the role of Director of Analytics.

In 2000, they attended PennWest Edinboro and obtained a BA degree in Political Science.

In the same period, they also attended PennWest Edinboro and obtained another BA degree, this time in English.
