Shelby Ware

Shelby Ware is an experienced education professional currently serving as a Continuous Improvement & College Access Coach at New Tech Network since May 2022. Previously, Shelby was a Program Manager and Virtual Adviser at College Advising Corps, where efforts significantly increased student and parent engagement and improved financial aid document completion. Other roles include Unit Director at Boys and Girls Club of the Northern Neck, Bid Proposal Assistant at Machine Tools USA, Inc., and Project Coordinator at Nudge4 Solutions Lab, among several internships in educational and research settings. Shelby holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Virginia and furthered education at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad.
