Beth Hicks

Beth Hicks, SPHR, is an accomplished Human Resources and Leadership Consultant currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Synergy Construction Group, LLC, since May 2022, after three years of providing HR consulting services. As the owner of Beth Hicks HR Consulting and Coaching since 2014, Beth focuses on optimizing HR functions and enhancing employee-leader relationships to drive retention and profitability. Beth is also a Certified Integral Coach with New Ventures West, facilitating personal growth for individuals seeking change. Additionally, as a Senior Leader for Tony Robbins, Beth exemplifies high energy and skill in leading events, and previously managed the Young Entrepreneurs Academy in Chicago to empower young females transitioning to entrepreneurship. Prior HR leadership roles included Head of Human Resources at KCG Holdings, Inc. (formerly GETCO) and Human Resources Manager positions at Organics LLC/Solvay Pharmaceuticals North America. Beth holds a degree from Northern Illinois University.
