Christine Banducci is a seasoned leadership coach and consultant with extensive experience in executive coaching and business strategy. Currently serving as a Leadership Coach and Consultant at Integral Impact Coaching and Consulting, as well as an Executive Coach at Equilibria Services and a Leadership Coach at Sharpist, Christine also provides technical production for remote workshops at New Ventures West. Previously, Christine held various significant roles at Chevron for over three decades, including Diversity and Inclusion Advisor, Planning and Performance Manager, and Business Manager for Major Capital Projects. Key accomplishments include advising senior leaders on culture change initiatives and overseeing multi-million-dollar capital projects. Christine holds a BS in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.
