Jason Lai

Jason Lai is an accomplished Principal Conductor at the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music, NUS, where conducting and teaching skills are primary responsibilities. With over 25 years of international orchestral conducting experience, Jason also serves as an Integral Development Coach at COMO Shambhala, an Executive Coach and Leadership Coach at Bamboo Being, and a Guest Speaker at London Speaker Bureau Asia. Previously, Jason presented for BBC World News, focusing on contemporary arts and culture in Asia, and contributed to multiple TEDx talks, sharing insights on conducting and leadership. Jason’s educational background includes a Master of Arts in Music from the University of Oxford, a Master of Music from the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, and formative education at Chetham's School of Music.
