Tom Fahy

Tom Fahy, PhD, is an accomplished leader and educator with extensive experience in organizational development and leadership coaching. As President and CEO of Leadership Resource Group, Inc. since 1998, Tom has focused on cultivating authentic, results-driven leadership. Tom has maintained certification as an Integral Coach through New Ventures West since 2001 and has contributed to the Coaching to Excellence Program. In academia, Tom served as an adjunct professor at Tulane University and Loyola University of Chicago, designing and delivering numerous courses in executive coaching and organizational behavior. Previous leadership roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Washington National Insurance Company and Vice President, Leadership & OD at Forsythe Technology, Inc. Tom holds a PhD in Organization Development from Benedictine University and an Executive Master of Consulting and Coaching for Change from INSEAD, among other degrees.
