David Douet has a strong background in the catering and hospitality industry. David started their career as a Second Chef at Mount Alvernia Hospital in October 2006, where they worked until March 2008. David then joined SCCS as a Chef Manager in March 2008 and stayed there until July 2012. In April 2013, they became the Head Chef/Catering Manager at Any, where they worked until 2018. Currently, David is the Head of Catering/Head Chef Manager at New Victoria Hospital, a position they have held since May 2018.
