Hans Thomas Graves

Hans Thomas Graves has extensive experience in the engineering and facilities management field. Hans Thomas currently serves as the Senior Director of Engineering and Facilities at New Vision Pharmaceuticals, overseeing a large CDMO and Blow-Fill-Seal facility. Hans is responsible for managing all aspects of engineering, facilities, and maintenance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading improvement initiatives.

Prior to their current role, Hans worked at TissueTech, Inc as the Senior Director of Technical Operations, where they were responsible for technology transfer and maintaining production in a validated state. Hans Thomas also served as the Senior Director of Facilities at TissueTech, Inc, overseeing facility operations.

Before joining TissueTech, Inc, Hans worked at Biotest Pharmaceuticals Corporation as the Director of Facilities and Engineering. In this role, they managed multiple departments and was responsible for the operation of critical utility systems and production equipment.

Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Technical College for Machine Engineering from Feldbergschule Oberursel from 1990 to 1991. Furthermore, they completed an apprenticeship as a Licensed Machinist at PIV Antrieb Werner Reimers now PIV Drives-Dana, Bad Homburg, Germany, from 1986 to 1989.
