Danielle M. Hayden

Danielle M. Hayden is a dedicated educator with extensive experience in program evaluation and data facilitation. Currently serving as the Program Evaluation Manager and Lead Strategic Data Facilitator for Literacy at New Visions for Public Schools since September 2015, Danielle previously held roles as a Lead Math Teacher and Facilitator at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, and 4th Grade Teacher at National Heritage Academies. Danielle has a strong background in teaching mathematics and has leveraged technology to enhance learning across grades K-5. Additionally, experience as a Section Adviser for the National Academy of Advanced Teacher Education involved supporting high-performing teachers with actionable feedback. Danielle's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from William & Mary and a Bachelor of Arts from Virginia Tech.
