Deputy Director, College Access Success at New Visions for Public Schools

Jeremy Greenfield's work experience includes serving as an Advisory Committee Member at City University of New York-Herbert H. Lehman College starting in 2023. Jeremy has also worked at New Visions for Public Schools since 2015, where they hold the position of Deputy Director, College Access & Success. At New Visions, Jeremy collaborates with educators to bring about change in the educational system, manages a small team, and leads various projects and partnerships. Prior to that, Jeremy worked as an Adjunct Instructor at The City College of New York in 2017-2018, a College Inquiry Coach at College Access: Research and Action (CARA) from 2012-2015, a Graduate Teaching Fellow at Brooklyn College from 2010-2013, a Teacher and Literacy Coach at NYC Department of Education, Bronx Latin from 2009-2012, an English Teacher at NYC Department of Education, Pablo Neruda Academy from 2005-2009, and an ESL & Literacy Teacher at Boston Public Schools, English High School from 2001-2003.

Jeremy Greenfield has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Urban Education from The Graduate Center, City University of New York. Jeremy also holds a Master's degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Teachers College, Columbia University. Additionally, Jeremy has a Bachelor's degree in English and Philosophy from Skidmore College.
