John Salazar is an experienced education professional with a strong background in curriculum development and instructional coaching. Currently serving as Curriculum Development and Professional Learning Manager at New Visions for Public Schools since August 2014, John has previously held positions such as Instructional Coach - Science Specialist at the NYC Department of Education and Statistical Analyst and Educator Forum Recruiter/Facilitator intern at Eskolta School Research and Design, Inc. John also has teaching experience from Abraham Lincoln High School in the San Diego Unified School District, where responsibilities included managing the instructional needs of over 150 diverse learners in Advanced Placement and General Chemistry.
